Counselling and Psychotherapy in Sydney: Personalised Support for Growth and Healing
Counselling and Psychotherapy Services
At the Shirah Shulman clinic, I offer counselling and psychotherapy in Sydney for individuals seeking a safe and supportive space to explore what feels difficult, reconnect with themselves, and find relief.
Whether you are navigating stress, anxiety, relationship challenges, or simply wanting to understand yourself more deeply, therapy provides a compassionate environment where your feelings and needs can be met with care, curiosity, and respect.
Grounded in a humanistic and person-centred approach, sessions help you tune into your emotions, understand yourself and your experiences with compassion, and explore practical steps for change, all held in a warm and deeply supportive space.
How Counselling and Psychotherapy Work
• A Relational and Collaborative Process
Therapy becomes a shared and gentle dialogue built on trust, empathy, and mutual respect.
• Emotional Support and Resilience
A safe place to slow down, process life’s challenges, and strengthen your capacity to cope and feel grounded.
• Self Awareness and Growth
Together, we explore the patterns, beliefs, and attachment experiences that shape how you feel, relate, and move through the world.
• Trauma-Informed and Emotionally Attuned Practice
Your lived experience is honoured with sensitivity and care, offering tools for healing, integration, and transformation.
I work with children, teens and adults at all stages of life, offering support that is tailored to your unique needs, pace, and goals.
