Family Constellations in Sydney: Insight, Healing, and Systemic Clarity

Family Constellations (H2)

At the Shirah Shulman clinic, I offer individual and group Family Constellations sessions for people seeking a deeper understanding of the patterns, loyalties, and emotional dynamics that shape their lives.

This work provides a powerful and compassionate way to explore the unseen influences within your family system and to move toward greater freedom, clarity, and connection.

Family Constellations allows you to gently uncover what may be held in your family story, including intergenerational patterns, unresolved emotions, or places where the system has become entangled.

Through this process, many people experience surprising insights, emotional release, and a renewed sense of belonging and inner steadiness.

Whether you are navigating relationship challenges, emotional blocks, repeating patterns, or a desire to understand your place within your family system, constellations offer a profound pathway for healing and integration.

How Family Constellations Work

A Systemic and Compassionate Process

Constellations explore the wider family system, revealing the deeper dynamics that may be influencing your current experiences. The work is held with sensitivity, respect, and emotional attunement.

Individual Constellations Sessions

In individual sessions, we use figures, objects, or visual mapping to represent members of your family system. This creates a clear and intuitive picture of the underlying dynamics, allowing insight and healing movements to emerge at your own pace.

Group Constellations

In group settings, participants stand in as representatives for elements of your family system. This creates a living, relational field where patterns, emotions, and systemic movements can be seen and felt with surprising depth. Group work often brings powerful clarity and a sense of shared humanity.

Deep Insight and Integration

Constellations often touch the subconscious and reveal truths that are not always accessible through thinking alone. Many people are moved by how naturally the deeper layers of the system come into view, offering relief, understanding, and new possibilities for change.

Family Constellations is suitable for individuals, couples, and families who want to explore their story with openness, curiosity, and a desire for systemic clarity.
