The Midlife Pause

A workshop for women in perimenopause & menopause

A Midlife Pause is a gentle, spacious workshop for women who want time to breathe, reflect, and reconnect with themselves during this stage of life. It offers a few hours of creativity, insight, and connection with other women who understand this chapter, without pressure, advice, or fixing.

This workshop is for you if you feel a quiet need to pause but rarely permit yourself, if you sense you are in a transition and want to explore it creatively rather than analyse it, or if you long for a space where you can simply be yourself among women who get it.

What to expect:

You’ll be guided through creative activities, gentle journaling, embodied practices, and reflective conversation in a small group of women in a similar life stage. The focus is on expression, curiosity, and connection, not performance or perfection.

You’ll be invited to:

  • Step out of your everyday pace and see this stage of life from a new angle

  • Explore what’s changing with honesty, creativity, and ease

  • Share reflections or simply sit alongside others who understand

  • Listen inward and reconnect with what matters to you now

What's included?

Everything you need is provided. No creative skills are required, and there is no expectation to share anything you do not want to. This is a gentle, spacious workshop designed to meet you exactly where you are.

Art therapy - we will use collage and simple creative materials to explore thoughts and feelings visually. This is about expression, curiosity, and playfulness, not artistic skill or perfection.

Gentle journaling - using guided Journal Cards, you will be invited to reflect through supportive prompts, questions, and affirmations. You can share as much or as little as feels right, at your own pace.

Embodied practices - you will be guided through grounding and body-based practices that help you listen inward, notice what is present, and explore what might bring ease, support, or direction in this stage of life.

You’ll leave feeling:

  • lighter and more spacious

  • clearer about what matters now

  • more connected to yourself

  • supported by the presence of other women who understand this chapter
