The Midlife Pause

A gentle mini retreat for women

A warm, creative 3-hour workshop for women in midlife who are longing to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with themselves, without pressure or fixing

This workshop is for you if:

  • You feel a quiet need to pause, but rarely give yourself permission

  • You sense you’re in a transition, even if you can’t fully name it yet

  • You want space to reflect, without being told what to fix or change

  • You’d like to connect with other women who get this stage of life

What this space offers

This workshop is a warm, creative space for women in their midlife years to pause, reflect, and reconnect with themselves, without pressure, fixing, or expectations.

We’ll explore where you’ve been, where you are now, and what lies ahead.

Through creative activities, guided reflection, gentle conversation, and embodied exploration, you’ll be invited to:

  • Reflect on this stage of life with kindness

  • Connect with women who understand this chapter

  • Gain clarity around what matters to you now

  • Take one meaningful step forward, in your own way

You’re welcome to share, or simply listen.

This is a space to be yourself, exactly as you are.

What Our Time Together Looks Like

Arriving & Settling In

We begin by gathering as a group, introducing ourselves gently, and arriving into the space together.

You’ll be invited to share your name and one intention, or simply listen.

Creative Reflection & Connection

Through creative collage, guided reflection, and small-group sharing, you’ll explore where you’ve been, where you are now, and what lies ahead, supported by conversation and quiet moments.

Embodied Integration & Closing

We come back together for an embodied, symbolic activity using simple materials, followed by a closing circle, taking a moment to name what you’re carrying forward.

You’ll leave feeling:

Lighter and more spacious.

Clearer about what matters now.
